Marketing Mind-Set
This is a bit of a polemic. Marketing has too many fads and
gurus.
Many marketing people tend to have unrealistic views on
consumers. Like they "join brands
like they join cults" - Kevin Roberts. This is simply not a
realistic view of the world.
Also I think many people who write about advertising and
branding
approach it from the viewpoint of art appreciation.

of Crosstabs

I'm not a statistician but I picked up some analysis skills
